Oracle managed this tenant improvement that completely transformed a former pizza restaurant into a new Super Supplements location.  The 5,300SF building now features 8 new skylights that allow natural light to flood the retail spaces.  The building's original roof framing was re-used in a manner that created uniquely high ceilings with exposed structural beams.  Check out the slide show photos to see more of this amazing transformation!  Construction Phase: April - July 2010.

This 12,000SF, two story building was completely gutted and modernized.  Multiple skylights were added to the roof and a new interior atrium allows natural light to reach lower level spaces.  Green building products and techniques were used throughout this project.  Construction Phase:  October 2009 - April 2010.
