Owner/construction manager Brandon Passe has consistently proven to excel in the areas of resource management, planning, organization and scheduling of various construction project aspects.  Whether working on local projects in Bellingham, WA or out-of-state jobs in Idaho or Oregon, he thoroughly monitors progress including financial reporting, labor scheduling and customer satisfaction.  Brandon serves as liaison between trade professionals and the customer by tactfully facilitating project meetings and working as a team to resolve any issues that arise in a timely, ethical manner.  He has been highly recommended for his financial management skills - from the early planning stage through completion.

Brandon lives in Sumas, WA with his wife Stephanie and their three children.  He enjoys mountain biking, hiking, coaching Little League and participating in a local hockey league with his father.  Oracle Contracting was launched by Brandon early in 2009 with the full support of his family, friends and business associates.
